What you will do

Sand, fill and level
Mask and cover before spraying
Apply primer and pre-treatment
Check the surface before painting
Work together with the painter and panel beater

What you bring

Experience as a prep worker in collision repair
Clean sanding and filling
Work independently and keep the pace
An eye for detail

Experience with water-based systems
Polishing
Knowledge of collision repair processes
