You turn. We handle the rest.
Whether you load the machine, set it up or write the program yourself: you work at the level that fits you. Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens, Mazatrol, Okuma, it does not matter. If you know your control, we have the client for you.
Small series, large series or single parts. Small parts or large and heavy parts. We have clients for all variants, so tell us what you are used to. Only part of the list? Then we look for the client that fits.
What you will do
- Turning work on CNC lathes, from single parts to series
- Operator: run the machine, load parts, check the output
- Setter: set up the machine, change tools, keep the measurements right
- Programmer: write programs at the machine or in CAM
- Read technical drawings and work independently
What you bring
- Experience with CNC turning (Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens, Mazatrol, Okuma, DMG Mori or Doosan)
- You know your level: operator, setter or programmer
- Use measuring tools and read drawings
- Accurate, reliable, on time
A plus
- Long and short turning, mill-turn, 4th/5th axis
- CAD/CAM (Mastercam, Esprit, Edgecam)
- Experience with tight tolerances
