Here's the process. Step by step, no small print.
Application
You send your CV, or we come find you. We review every profile within 48 hours. If your background matches what our clients need right now, we call you the same week. If not, we tell you directly. No ghosting. No radio silence.
Technical screening & references
One of our recruiters (Polish, Romanian, Portuguese or English speaking) calls you and asks the real questions. What machines did you actually run? What certifications are still valid? Where do you want to work, and for how long? We call your references. We verify. We don't pretend a car mechanic is a CNC operator. What you tell us is what the client hears.
Client proposal
We propose you to one or two companies where the fit is genuine. You get the full picture: company name, location, wage, hours, contract type, and what the shop floor looks like. You decide. Not us.
Housing and travel
Once matched, we arrange your SNF-certified accommodation (photos sent before you arrive), your Dutch contract, all paperwork, and your transport to the workplace. Everything ready before you land. Day one, you walk through the door and start.
First week check in and beyond
Within week one our team calls to check how it's going. From then on you have a direct line to one MRM contact who handles your questions, your payslip, your housing, your everything. No call centre. No ticket queue. No getting passed around.
